Hi friends! Nicole has called our current affliction “Confectioner’s Lung,” as we have inhaled so much powdered sugar and edible glitter each weekend. Since the day after Thanksgiving, I think we have made almost 1,200 marshmallows. We will be making more this weekend. We have a pretty smooth system going and I’m very impressed by us. There have been some new work people on the marshmallow list and because of this, we have learned that the marshmallows are not kosher, halal, nor vegetarian (thanks, gelatin!) It’s a year for learning and speaking of which, that’s what today’s newsletter is about.
Before the essay, I want to share these stickers I got. They are from two different people who are on different sides of the world and don’t know each other. I love that this is part of my brand.
